Master planning for a central Vermont town challenged by growth outside of its trade area yet on a solid foundation of a historical downtown core. The project involved assessment of existing conditions, inventory of historical attributes, adaptive reuse planning, infill development planning, and a Main Street Revitalization Plan. The process involved an extensive public input period as well as an interactive design charrette.
