Project Architect/Planner
Responsible for master planning, urban planning, architectural design and transportation planning. After the base closed, the land was turned over to the county, the Federal Land Reuse Authority was established to determine its future use. The determination was to turn the 800-acre base into a high-tech office park campus of up to 5 million square feet of new and renovated space. Upon completion, the Warminster Naval Base will be renamed the North American Technology Center.
