Master planning for a high-tech office site which is located on 230 acres along Maryland's Interstate 270 technology corridor. The firm worked with real-estate brokers, market analysts, land use attorneys and developers in a collaborative charrette format. The firm assessed the economic feasibility of redevelopment which included the potential adaptive re-use of an existing, architecturally significant 500,000 square foot headquarters building designed by Cesar Pelli in 1967.
