Project Designer
Foster Hall was renovated to provide an environment to facilitate the educational, cultural, social, recreational, and service programs of the University. This project provided new electrical services; heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems; new plumbing; and refurbishing of interior finishes. Deficiencies relative to ADA compliance were addressed, to include vertical transportation requirements. Minor modifications were necessary to portions of this 44,000 SF building to conform to programmatic requirements.
