Preservation Architect/Owner Rep
A mixed use project totaling approximately 10,000 sq. feet. A complete building rehabilitation project that included exterior and interior work to bring the building back to a contributing structure to the town’s economy and historic district. The programmatic elements included a first level retail space (county store), second level artisan studios, and third level residential units with loft space.
